RESPITE CARE AND LIVE-IN CARE
Daffodil Care provides supported living services to help individuals maintain independence and safety in their own homes. We aim to enable them to perform daily tasks without assistance, take control of their own lives, and become active members of their community. We promote a person-centred approach in supporting individuals to gain higher levels of inclusion, independence, and choice to live life on their own terms
We provide Live-in care to people who need 24-hour care support in their own homes. The care provision promotes a holistic approach that entails working with a range of professionals including social workers, medical professionals, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and dieticians. We also support vulnerable individuals who cannot live independently or who cannot be left alone at home by providing Respite care in the form of Sitting service; and a night time worker.
