Community Support

With Daffodil Care, you will always have someone to rely on with support in the community. Daffodil care supports people from the age of 18 years; who need extra support to take part in community activities. We strive to create social stimulation and provide opportunities that encourage individuals to make new friends and gain social stimulation through support with daily activities, including support with attending college; lunch clubs, sports clubs and social clubs.

RESPITE CARE AND LIVE-IN CARE

Daffodil Care provides supported living services to help individuals maintain independence and safety in their own homes. We aim to enable them to perform daily tasks without assistance, take control of their own lives, and become active members of their community. We promote a person-centred approach in supporting individuals to gain higher levels of inclusion, independence, and choice to live life on their own terms

 LIVE-IN Care

We provide Live-in care to people who need 24-hour care support in their own homes. The care provision promotes a holistic approach that entails working with a range of professionals including social workers, medical professionals, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and dieticians. We also support vulnerable individuals who cannot live independently or who cannot be left alone at home by providing Respite care in the form of Sitting service; and a night time worker.

We are a team of highly driven and compassionate professionals specialising in various forms of care to guarantee that you get well-rounded professional assistance for all of your needs. We strive to help bring a positive change in society by focusing on vulnerable and underrepresented groups. Our carers have been verified and trained to NVQ level 6, so you can count on us to offer compassionate care, seven days a week. We also encourage a systems approach and collaborate with specialists from many fields of healthcare and wellness.

A Sneak Peek Into The Community Life with Daffodil Care and Support

We offer outdoor support for those that struggle to access the community without a person supporting. Daffodil supports with accessing the community for recreation, appointments and social stimulation. Daffodil Care works in partnership with other Organisations; Health and the Local Authority to promote high quality support and safety when accessing the community. Moreover, apart from our outdoor services, we provide a range of befriending activities in the person's home by vetted carers. Daffodil Care can support you to access the community resources to promote your well-being.
